More than 300 students, studying at Belgrade and Novi Sad universities, took part in the Club’s “Discover Harvard” initiative. To encourage and attract the most talented students from Serbia to study at Harvard University, Harvard Club of Serbia launched the initiative on the occasion of the International Education week last November, and carried out a dozen presentations until March 2014. Studying at Harvard was introduced to students from the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Political sciences, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Medicine, and Faculty of Law, and the University of Novi Sad’ Faculty of Economics. Also Harvard Club Serbia paid visits to private Belgrade faculties - Faculty of Law of the Union University, and Faculty of economics, finance and administartion (FEFA) of the Singidunum University, and to Novi Sad – Faculty of European Legal and Political Studies (FEPPS) of the EDUCONS University. Members of the Harvard Club of Serbia also met with high school students who wanted to continue their education at Harvard University. Next round of presentations will begin in November 2014, and the initiative will expand to also include students from other faculties from Belgrade, Novi Sad and Nis universities.
