The Harvard Club of Serbia has been selected to receive the Recognition Award of the Harvard Alumni Association Clubs Committee, as one of only two clubs worldwide to receive this award.  This other recipient is the Harvard Club of Chicago.  The award is bestowed in recognition of outstanding service to Harvard and Harvard alumni. Presentation of the award will be at the winter meeting of the Harvard Alumni Association in Cambridge on the evening of January 31, 2008 at the winter banquet.  The following day there will be an additional recognition at the meeting of the entire Clubs Committee.

HCS received the award for achievements in the course of 2006/2007, under the leadership of President Dr Mary Black.
